Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

At The Homesteader Collective, many of our products are made to order especially for you. Because items are produced after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Sizing

Please review the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order. Because our apparel is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges when the correct item and size ordered were delivered.

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or differ from the customization submitted with your order. Please carefully review names, spelling, capitalization, and other customization details before submitting your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Questions or Order Problems

If you have a problem with an order, please contact The Homesteader Collective through the contact information provided on our website. We want to make sure legitimate order issues are handled fairly and promptly.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
